Making the choice to seek out counseling can feel overwhelming and uncomfortable, so I’m glad you’ve found your way here!
As a counselor specializing in anxiety disorders, trauma recovery, and couples’ issues, I understand the profound impact these challenges can have on our lives and relationships.
My approach to therapy is centered around warmth, compassion, and authenticity blended with evidence-based techniques tailored to your unique needs. I believe that real healing happens in spaces where we feel genuinely seen and heard. In our work together, I’ll meet you exactly where you are—free from judgment, with a deep respect for your story. I bring not just my professional expertise, but also a down-to-earth, human presence. You deserve to have a space where you can be your whole self, messy and all, and know that you’re still worthy of support.
I believe in the resilience of the human spirit, the transformative power of therapy, and the strength that lies within each of us to rewrite our stories.
I also believe therapy isn’t just about talking—it’s about creating real change in your life. We’ll work together to untangle what’s been holding you back, explore new ways of understanding yourself, and build on the strengths you already have. My hope is that through our time together, you’ll feel more empowered to create the life and relationships you truly want.
I have more than a decade of experience providing individual and couples counseling and have had the opportunity to work with clients facing a wide range of concerns. My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, trauma and PTSD, substance use and addiction, and difficulties connected to family of origin experiences. I also have experience supporting survivors of domestic violence and abuse. My goal is to offer a compassionate, respectful space where clients can feel supported as they work toward greater understanding, healing, and meaningful change.
My therapeutic approach is characterized by eclecticism, drawing from a wide variety of modalities to tailor treatment to your specific needs. While I hold a strong foundation in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), I also integrate other evidence-based methodologies. These include Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Flash Technique (FT), Emotionally Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Written Exposure Therapy for trauma.
I am deeply committed to ongoing professional development and stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in the field of counseling. My goal is to provide my clients with the highest standard of care, rooted in ethical principles.
